The trial mode is complete! *cue Fanfare* I also added a couple of new features, like a screen that thanks players for purchasing the game and the option to reset high scores and saved games. All that’s left is to figure out how to comply with Microsoft’s picky submission rules, add in screenshots, a description, a thumbnail, etc, and ship this bad boy off to be peer reviewed, and then eventually to stand in the Xbox Live Marketplace, alongside such illustrious titles as “The Impossible Game” and “Fortress Craft.”
If I can get my lazy butt moving on this, (or if my fiancee, Christa, can) the game may be out as soon as August 1st. I’m not making any promises, though. I tried that before, and it didn’t work out so well.
